Monthly maintenance

Hosting, backups, monitoring, security updates, bug fixes and up to 60 minutes of minor content or configuration changes per month.

Boundaries and options.

Excluded work

Complex resource scheduling, memberships, advanced payments, medical records, custom CRM workflows, SMS fees, paid APIs and unlimited staff or locations.

Optional add-ons

Cancellation and data export

After the minimum term, 30 days' notice. Appointment and customer data can be exported in a reasonable standard format; Half Software software and source code remain proprietary.
