A minimum term appears only when one is specified for that package. One-time projects do not show a monthly fee or a minimum term.

No. Some packages may have no setup fee, while more complex projects have a fixed, starting or custom setup price.

Depending on the package, it can cover hosting, maintenance, monitoring, backups, deployment, support and the continued managed operation of the system.

It depends on the scope. A straightforward website and a custom business platform have very different timelines, so the expected delivery period is established after reviewing the requirements.

Yes, but changes outside the agreed scope may affect cost and delivery time.

No. Managed projects are designed so the client does not have to administer servers, deployment, SSL, databases or similar infrastructure.

Backup arrangements depend on the selected package and project scope.

For managed services, Half Software handles the technical deployment and SSL configuration where applicable.

Maintenance covers the items defined by the selected package. New features or significant changes may be quoted separately.

Yes. Additional functionality and larger changes can be discussed after launch and scoped separately when they are outside the included maintenance.

For managed packages, the relationship continues after launch with hosting, maintenance, monitoring, support and other agreed services.

Ownership transfer is subject to a custom quote for the listed packages. The related package scope explains what client-owned data can be exported and which Half Software software remains proprietary where specified.

You retain your business data and brand assets. Half Software manages the technical system according to the applicable package and agreement.

Source-code ownership is not included by default with managed packages. Any ownership transfer or special arrangement is handled separately.

Yes. Existing client domains can be used where appropriate, with DNS and technical configuration handled as part of the project where agreed.

Cancellation, exports, access and any transfer arrangements are defined by the applicable package and contract.

Its setup fee is quoted after reviewing the existing site. Ongoing maintenance follows the selected managed website plan; the destination plan determines its recurring terms.

Yes. Existing sites can be reviewed for redesign or migration, with the project quoted after evaluating the current website.
