Estimated 3–10 business days after access, mapping rules and a current backup are available.

Monthly maintenance

Not included. Repeated or scheduled migration is quoted as a synchronization service.

Excluded work

Recovery from damaged media, undocumented encrypted systems, manual record-by-record correction, legal data classification and prolonged downtime support.

Optional add-ons

Additional sources, larger volumes, recurring sync, audit report, archive and post-migration support.

Cancellation and data export

One-time project. Client data and agreed migration outputs are returned; working copies are deleted according to the project agreement.

Client responsibilities

Provide authorized access, backups, field definitions, sample data, acceptance criteria and a responsible reviewer.
